Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between Nomi Travel Partner and you, the purchaser or traveler. By planning travel with Nomi Travel Partner, you agree to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that Nomi Travel Partner acts on behalf of disclosed principal suppliers, such as tour operators, cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and other services (“Supplier(s)”). Nomi Travel Partner is not the source or provider of these travel services. These terms include warranties, disclaimers, and exclusions of liability, and may restrict your rights and remedies while providing protection to Nomi Travel Partner.

USE OF NOMI TRAVEL PARTNER SERVICES, ACCESS, AND INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL BOOKINGS

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to make travel bookings with Nomi Travel Partner. You agree to be financially responsible for all travel bookings made through us, whether for yourself or others. You warrant that all information provided by you is true and accurate. You agree to make only legitimate reservations or purchases with Nomi Travel Partner and its Suppliers, acknowledging that any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings are prohibited.

Nomi Travel Partner acts solely as the booking agent for the Suppliers in your itinerary. Separate Supplier terms and conditions will apply to your bookings, and by booking with Nomi Travel Partner, you also agree to the Supplier’s terms and conditions. Nomi Travel Partner is not responsible for arrangements made independently of the agency, including airlines, hotels, excursions, or travel protection. If you make your own flight arrangements, Nomi Travel Partner is not liable for any cancellations or schedule changes.

RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS AND OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

We reserve the right to correct errors and adjust pricing. All offers, incentives, and Supplier promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice. We recommend confirming your reservations well in advance to avoid disappointment or additional fees.

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

You are responsible for all charges, fees, and taxes related to your bookings. By submitting a credit card authorization, you agree to allow Nomi Travel Partner to use your payment method to purchase travel products. You agree not to file disputes with your bank or credit card company for cancellations or changes beyond Nomi Travel Partner or its Suppliers’ control. Attempting to charge back a previously authorized payment may result in additional costs.

All payments for travel are due according to the Supplier’s terms. Failure to make final payment may result in reservation cancellations or forfeiting payments. Some bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Changes to bookings may incur additional fees, and refunds for unused services may not be available.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, TSA, AND DHS IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

It is your responsibility to obtain and carry valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and identification required by applicable government regulations. The name on your identification must match your travel booking information to avoid delays or denied boarding.

IMMUNIZATIONS, HEALTH, AND SAFETY

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet health requirements, including vaccinations and screenings, for your travel destination. Nomi Travel Partner is not responsible for any issues related to health documentation. Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risks, and we recommend consulting government travel advisories before booking.

LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

Nomi Travel Partner acts as an agent for disclosed Suppliers and is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from travel services. Nomi Travel Partner disclaims any liability for services provided by Suppliers, including delays, cancellations, or changes.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Nomi Travel Partner strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Insurance coverage may protect you from financial loss due to trip interruptions, cancellations, or emergencies. Nomi Travel Partner is not a licensed insurance broker and cannot guarantee coverage.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Nomi Travel Partner reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be provided to clients and posted on our website.
